چکیده

Abstract In this study, four biochars prepared from different crop residue waste i.e. sugarcane bagasse (SBB), coconut shell (CNB), paddy straw (PDB), and distilled of lemongrass (LGB) were evaluated for removal Remazol Brilliant Blue R the aqueous system. The RBBR adsorption capacities biochar 97–79% SBB, 99.9–99.47% CNB, 66.1–48% PDB, 78–68% LGB, dominantly controlled by their aromaticity mineral content. Langmuir Freundlich isotherms pseudo-second-order kinetic models have described chemisorption on surfaces. thermodynamic data suggested that was spontaneous endothermic. These demonstrated excellent reusability (till cycles with 50–61% regeneration). purified water dye sludge no phytotoxicity. findings obtained in study may provide supports potential anionic utilization generated zero waste-producing technologies future.

Malachite green dye, removal from waste water by adsorption

The organic dyes directly pollute the soil, water, plants and all living systems in the environment. In the present investigation, adsorption of brilliant green dye on silica from aqueous solution was studied. The dye adsorption mechanism was studied on the basic surface of silica. The adsorption parameters were optimized to maximum adsorption. The adsorption mechanism of brilliant green on sil...

Waste Tendu Leaves From Beedi Industry Utilized For Removal of Sulphur Dye From Textile Waste Water

An activated carbon as adsorbent is derived from waste tendu leaves (Diospyros melanoxylon) from local Beedi (Cigarette) industry for removal of sulphur dye from textile waste water. Tendue leaves were chemically treated with sulphuric acid and activated carbon prepared was analyzed by pH, moisture content, ash content, bulk density and BET surface area. The adsorption studies were performed as...

Proactive Translatology vis a vis Advertising Messages

Much good work on Translation Studies (TS) has concentrated on the verbal text. Nevertheless, in our post-modern world, multi-modality is exploited to the maximum, as advertising shows. In turn, hyper-textuality is also a common feature of today’s advertising messages. Furthermore, both multi-modality and hyper-textuality are ideologically designed not only to sell products but to promote entir...

HEP , vis - a - vis Lattice QCD

I review in this presentation some aspects of phenomenology in High Energy Physics which are related to recent and possibly future progress in lattice QCD. In particular, I cover (i) the extraction of CKM matrix elements from B physics, (ii) the determination of ǫ ′ /ǫ , as well as (iii) some issues emerged in the physics of high energy jets produced in hadronic collisions, where input from non...
